Returns and Exchanges

The customer has the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be in its original commercial condition, without signs of use, washing, damage, stains, odors, or removed tags.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Before returning a product, please contact us by phone, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or email to specify the return or exchange method.

Returning goods without prior communication may delay processing.

Return Costs

Return or exchange costs are at the customer's expense, unless the reason is our error — for example, a wrong item sent, wrong size, or defective product.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods and check their condition, the amount will be refunded as agreed.

Items Not Accepted for Return

Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, with removed tags, with stains, odors, or with a damaged commercial appearance will not be accepted.

Exchange

Exchange is possible subject to availability of the desired size or model. If the item is no longer available, we may offer another model or a refund.
